If you would like to only deal with our proven Brokers, who are rated from customers like you, then simply click on the Buy From Us icon. Our GetHay.com broker will then contact you via e-mail. At a later date you will also receive an e-mail from GetHay.com asking you to rate our Broker. Our Brokers must maintain a high rating status in order to keep their position with GetHay.com. If your looking for hay for sale from local farmers, simply go to the home page and fill out the form and choose the area you want to look in. The local farmers in that area will then e-mail you with the hay they have and the price. After that you buy hay from the farmer of your choice by contacting them directly to finalize the sale. It is also possible you will receive an e-mail from Brokers who are trying to earn or keep a preferred Broker status with GetHay.com.
At a later date you may receive an e-mails from GetHay.com with the opportunity to give feed back on the service you received from your local farmers. If the farmers have earned a high customer satisfaction rating, GetHay.com will change the icon of their listing to 
, letting customers know they are a proven reliable farmer with great feed back If you do not notice any special icon on the farmers you choose, this simply means the farmers are still earning their status. If GetHay.com receives enough bad feed back from a farmer, we will remove them from our site..
